The A-blade has a high degree of smooth running with an excellent cutting capacity and has therefore become the instrument of choice with surgical procedures. The new tungsten carbide instruments have been optimised mainly for the separation of teeth, roots and for apicectomy. Bone lid preparation and harvesting of bone structure for augmentation are further possible uses.
